What You'll Do:
As a Research Engineer, your primary focus will be on advancing the fields of Information Retrieval and Generative Models.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimize information retrieval models and establish a strong retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) system.
- You will be responsible for the research, development, and optimization of cutting-edge models that significantly improve the accuracy and efficiency of information retrieval systems.
- Additionally, you will play a key role in enhancing the user experience of interacting with generative models.
- This work will involve exploring and addressing the challenges of multimodality, where the input data may include various formats beyond text, such as images, audio, and video.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, ideally a related field with a focus on NLP, ML, or IR.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
- Solid understanding of deep learning architectures, including transformers, BERT, GPT, etc.
- Proven track record of research excellence, demonstrated through publications in relevant conferences and journals.
