I began my recruitment career in 2010, after studying Sequential Illustration at Bath Spa University and spending several years working in cocktail bars. I started out as a Resourcer, and was promoted to 360 Recruiter, specialising in SAP, Oracle, and later Business Intelligence across both permanent and contract markets.
After four and a half years, I moved into a Talent role within the same business, and for the past 10+ years I’ve focused on headhunting and sourcing recruiters , ranging from entry-level through to director, placing talent across the UK, Europe, the USA, and even Australia. I’ve supported recruitment businesses of all sizes, from start-ups of 30 people through to global organisations of 1,500+.
